A five-story office building located in the western suburbs of Chicago, this project challenged and stretched the imagination of Cannon Frank’s designers with its grand proportions.  Hired to create a Deco-inspired environment, starting from the main lobby carrying thorough all public spaces, it was important for form and function to play as important a role as the design.

Cannon Frank managed all interior architecture for all public spaces including the entrance and elevator lobby, cafeteria and multiple conference rooms, corridors and restrooms.  Additionally, Cannon Frank designed the private offices and owners’ lounge (including all millwork, lighting and furnishings).

Cannon Frank was asked to design Heron Point after successfully completing the private residences for two of the company’s partners.
