The owners of this 3,500 square foot home, which is located on Michigan Avenue in the heart of Chicago’s South Loop/Museum Campus area, asked Cannon Frank to create a contemporary home that would prominently feature their valuable collection of museum-worthy Asian artifacts. The home is located in an old building that was turned into lofts. Cannon Frank upgraded the space by removing and concealing the typical dropped-loft ductwork. There are stone floors throughout, custom entertainment systems in the kitchen and family room, custom built-ins in the library, living room, dining room and master bedroom. In addition, automated lighting and shade controls, and audio and video elements were included, as well. The home features two bedrooms and three full bathrooms.
